Slurry Supply Equipment
The slurry provided to the polishing equipment is prepared by mixing from the stock solution tank into the mixing tank within the equipment at any concentration. During the mixing process, in addition to the slurry solution, other chemicals and pure water are also mixed in any quantity, allowing for the desired concentration to be achieved. We use devices that include processes that meet the required specifications, such as concentration measurement, temperature control, and stirring during the waiting time of the mixed solution。
